Substitute information charging the defendant with the crime of conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London, where the defendant was presented to the court, Purtill, J., on a plea of guilty; thereafter, the court, denied the defendant's motion to withdraw the plea and rendered judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
