IN RE: MISTER DONAHUE APPLYING FOR REMEDIAL WRITS AND STAY ORDER.


Writ granted. The district attorney of East Baton Rouge Parish is ordered recused in this case. The district attorney was the sole witness to the content of an oral confession which it is acknowledged he will testify to at the trial. 54 A.L.R.3rd 100, 118 § 5.
