LEMMON, J., would grant the writ.

JOHNSON, J., would grant the writ.

VICTORY, J., concurring in the denial. If the defendant maintains he cannot get a fair trial in Richland Parish, he should file a motion to change venue from Richland Parish and prove his allegations. On this record, I cannot say the trial court abused his discretion in changing venue to Richland Parish.

KNOLL, J., would grant the writ.
