Conviction affirmed. Defendant's sentence is vacated, however, and this case is remanded for resentencing. Defendant remains eligible for parole on his conviction for attempted second-degree murder. La.R.S. 14:27; 14:30; cf., State v. Green, 391 So.2d 833 (La. 1980); State v. Welch, 368 So.2d 965 (La. 1979) (on rehearing).
