ORDER


This 30th day of March 2009, having considered the State's appeal and defendant Andre Bridgers' cross-appeal based on the briefs filed by the parties and after oral arguments, the Court has determined that the final judgments of the Superior Court should be affirmed on the basis of and for the reasons stated by the Superior Court in its memorandum opinion and order dated October 19, 2007.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the judgments of the Superior Court be, and the same hereby are, AFFIRMED.
