The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 154 Conn.App. 631, 106 A.3d 941 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly reverse the defendant's conviction based upon its determination that the trial court had abused its discretion by permitting the state to amend its information after the start of the trial?”
