¶2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶3 That the petition for review is granted and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals Division I for reconsideration in light of Supreme Court No. 96747-4 – State of Washington v. Ken V. Wu , 194 Wn.2d 880, 453 P.3d 975 (2019).
