Elections — County central committeemen — Mandamus — Relator's name to be placed on primary ballot.

IN MANDAMUS.

Messrs. Buchwalter, Headley Smith, for relator.

Mr. Charles S. Bell, prosecuting attorney, and Mr. D.M. Outcalt, for defendants.


It is ordered that a peremptory writ of mandamus issue against the said defendants, directing them to place the name of the above relator on the ballot for candidacy for the office or position of member of the county central committee of the Republican party for Ward 6, Precinct U, of the city of Cincinnati, Hamilton county, Ohio, in the form provided by law.

Writ allowed.
