IN RE: WILLIAM E. HUTSON, JR. APPLYING FOR SUPERVISORY WRITS OF CERTIORARI, REMEDIAL, MANDAMUS AND HABEAS CORPUS.


Writ refused. The application has no merit.

BARHAM, TATE, and DIXON, JJ., dissent from the denial of writ of application. Relator has been sentenced to ten (10) years at hard labor based upon two prior convictions obtained when relator was without counsel.
