MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
In Mandamus. Sua sponte, the following schedule is set for filing of the answer, briefs, and evidence: Respondent shall file an answer to the complaint no later than Friday, August 27, 2021; relator shall file a brief and evidence no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 30, 2021; respondent shall file its brief and evidence no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 2, 2021; and relator may file a reply brief no later than Friday, September 3, 2021. No requests or stipulations for extension of time shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time. All documents in this case shall be served as specified by S.Ct.Prac.R. 12.08(C).
