In Mandamus. This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus. Upon consideration of respondent's motion for protective order,

IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion be, and hereby is, denied and that the evidence and briefing schedule in this case is revised as follows:

The parties shall file any evidence they intend to present within 30 days from the date of this entry; relators shall file their brief within 30 days after the filing of evidence; respondents shall file their brief within 30 days after the filing of relators' brief; and relators may file a reply brief within 20 days after the filing of respondents brief.
