Hearing Granted Dec. 14, 1944.

Proceeding under the Workmen’s Compensation Act by the State Compensation Insurance Fund, insurance carrier of Carrico & Gautier, for the annulment of an award made by the Industrial Accident Commission of the State of California in favor of R. E. Rodgers, who at first had sued only the Arch Rib Truss Company, and its insurance carrier, the Colonial Insurance Company.

Award as to petitioner annulled and otherwise affirmed.
