A lienor may pursue several remedies at the same time for the satisfaction of his claim so long as there is only one satisfaction, and superior court erred in directing issuance of injunction restraining subcontractor from prosecuting its intervening petition in mechanic's lien suit for satisfaction of its claim for lien.
