Opinion

No. 22248. Department Two.

April 17, 1930.

Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Spokane county, Witt, J., entered October 3, 1929, upon granting plaintiff county's motion for judgment notwithstanding defendant city's answer, quieting the county's title to property. Reversed.

This case is a companion case to the case of Spokane County v. Certain Lots in Spokane, ante p. 393, 287 P. 675. The issues are the same as in the preceding case and for the same reason the judgment below will be reversed.

It is so ordered.
