Hearing Granted Nov. 27, 1942.

Appeal from Superior Court, Alameda County; John J. Allen, Judge.

Action by Theresa Souza and another against John Corti, Joseph Gigli, and Art Gigli, to recover for injuries sustained in automobile collision. Plaintiff recovered judgment against the defendant Corti, driver of one of the automobiles, and, from that portion of the judgment which denied the plaintiffs relief against other defendants, plaintiffs appeal.

Affirmed.
