ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE


The court notes that the complaint in this matter was filed on February 7, 2003, and that service of process has not been effected upon defendant. Unless plaintiff is able to show good cause within 10 days from the date of this order why service was not made within 120 days following the filing of the complaint, the court will, on its own motion, dismiss this action without prejudice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 4(m).
