Motions to dismiss appeals in the above-entitled cases granted. with ten dollars costs in one case, unless within twenty days the defendant serve a copy of his proposed case in action No. 1 upon the plaintiff's attorney, and pay ten dollars costs to open his default, and ten dollars costs of the motion in case No. 1, in which event the motions are denied.
