Appeals, Nos. 313 and 314, Jan. T., 1955, from decrees of Court of Common Pleas No. 5 of Philadelphia County, June T., 1954, Nos. 1774 and 1160, in cases of George L. Seifert et ux. v. Lillian M. Maeder et al.; and Joseph Schmitz, Jr., et ux. v. Lillian M. Maeder et al. Decrees affirmed; reargument refused January 27, 1956.

Bills in equity.

Defendants' preliminary objections sustained and decrees entered dismissing bills, opinion by WEINROTT, J. Plaintiffs appealed.
