Claims by an employer against his employee for breach of duty as an employee are not within the scope of G.L.c. 93A. See Lantner v. Carson, 374 Mass. 606, 607-608 (1978); PMP Assocs. v. Globe Newspaper Co., 366 Mass. 593, 596 (1975). Judgment affirmed.
