Summary of this case from Tony Alamo Christian Ministries v. Selig

Opinion

CA 09-584

Opinion Delivered February 17, 2010

Appeal from the Miller County Circuit Court, [No. JV2008-323-1] Honorable Joe E. Griffin, Judge, Affirmed.

Greg Seago appeals from an order adjudicating his sons, M.S. and N.S., dependent-neglected. In the same proceeding, the court also adjudicated the sons of Brian Broderick, Alphonso Reid, and Richard and Debra Ondrisek dependent-neglected. All of the parents have appealed and argue that the circuit court erroneously granted a directed verdict to the plaintiff below, the Arkansas Department of Human Services.

In a separate opinion, we affirmed the adjudication order involving Alphonso Reid's son, A.R. Reid v. Ark. Dep't of Human Servs., 2010 Ark. ___, ___ S.W.3d ___. For the same reasons stated in that opinion, we affirm the adjudication order involving Seago's sons, M.S. and N.S.

Affirmed.

GLADWIN and MARSHALL, JJ., agree.
