Appeals, Nos. 66 and 67, March T., 1941, from judgments of Superior Court, April T., 1941, Nos. 103 and 104, affirming judgment of C. P. Allegheny Co., April T., 1938, No. 2585, in case of William P. Schu et ux. v. City of Pittsburgh. Judgments affirmed.
Trespass for personal injuries and property damage. Before GRAFF, P. J., specially presiding.
The facts are stated in the opinion of the Superior Court, reported in 143 Pa. Super. 101.
Verdicts for plaintiffs and judgments thereon. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court which affirmed the judgment of the court below. Appeal by defendant to Supreme Court allowed. Error assigned was the action of the Superior Court in overruling the assignment of error.
