Appeal, No. 215, Jan. T., 1945, from judgment of Superior Ct., reversing order of C. P. No. 6, Phila. Co., June T., 1939, No. 5034, in case of John Schell v. Miller North Broad Storage Co., Inc. Judgment affirmed.
