Submitted February 13, 1931 —

Decided October 19, 1931.

On appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, whose opinion is printed in 8 N.J. Mis. R. 537.

The judges being equally divided on the question of whether the judgment should be reversed, the judgment is affirmed solely because of such division, which renders any opinion by the court impossible.

For the appellant, Collins Corbin.

For the respondents, Fredman Fredman.


The judgment herein is affirmed, by an equally divided court.
