The petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Black v. Moore, 768 So.2d 1236, 1239 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000) (noting that credits may only be applied to active sentences). Respondent's motion for leave to file a response to petitioner's reply is denied.
