Reversed and remanded on the authority of the holding in State v. Frost, 374 So.2d 593 (Fla. 3d DCA 1979).


ON REHEARING EN BANC


Upon rehearing en banc, we concur in the original panel decision, and therefore, reverse the final order of the lower court. State v. Frost, 374 So.2d 593 (Fla. 3d DCA 1979); we remand for new trial.

Reversed and remanded.
