ORDER ON JOINT STIPULATION AND AGREED TO MOTION FOR MODIFICATION OF THE REVISED SCHEDULING ORDER


The parties having submitted a joint stipulation and agreed to motion for the modification of the revised scheduling order, and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following new deadlines apply to the Scheduling Order:

FRCP 26(f) Conference: March 25, 2003;

Initial disclosures pursuant to FRCP 26(a)(1): April 1, 2003; and

Combined Joint Status Report and Discovery Plan: April 8, 2003.
