The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 58 Conn. App. 642 (AC 18253), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that a subjective test and not objective test should be applied under the provisions of General Statutes § 20-102cc (a) to determine whether a nursing facility resident had been harmed or adversely impacted as a result of an act of resident abuse?"

VERTEFEUILLE, J., did not participate in the consideration or decision of this petition.
