On page 16 [67 Cal.App.5th, advance report, unpublished part II.B.], second sentence of the first full paragraph after part II.B., change "against" to "in favor of" so the sentence reads:
Were we to do so, we would nonetheless affirm the judgment in favor of R Consulting and Michel because Kim failed to provide a complete record for us to review.
There is no change in the judgment.
