OPINION and ORDER


The parties' pending motions in this case are dismissed without prejudice due to the parties' failure to include English translations of the documents submitted in support of the motions. All pending motions in this case are therefore ordered stricken from the Court's active docket.

The parties may re-file their motions by Thursday, August 9, 2001, so long as those motions include complete English translations of all supporting materials. If the parties choose not to re-file any motions, the Court orders that they appear before the Court for a status conference on Tuesday, August 14, 2001.

SO ORDERED.
