AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 167.2prejudicial error in instructions in collision case. In action for damages resulting from nighttime collision between plaintiffs' automobile and rear of defendant's stationary tractor-trailer truck, held that certain of plaintiffs' instructions, relating to damages and contributory negligence, required reversal of judgment rendered for each plaintiff.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Sangamon county; the Hon. LAWRENCE E. STONE, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in this court at the October term, 1945.
