Appeal, No. 187, Jan. T., 1943, from judgment of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1942, No. 45, reversing judgment of C. P. Centre Co., Dec. T., 1940, No. 244, in case of Sara Rudy, Widow, v. McCloskey Company. Judgment affirmed.
Appeal by defendant from decision of Workmen's Compensation Board making award of additional compensation.
Order of board affirmed and judgment entered for claimant, opinion by WALKER, P. J. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court which reversed the judgment of the court below, 152 Pa. Super. 101. Appeal by Claimant to Supreme Court allowed.
