This is the companion case to Hebert v. Brazzel, 393 So.2d 135 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1980), decided by us this day.

For the reasons assigned therein, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in all respects. Costs of this appeal are taxed to appellant.
