Summary
In Reinholdt v. Mobrich, 1 Ill. App.2d 223, it was held that where the attorney who represented an estate in a wrongful death action under a valid contract whereby he would receive one-third of the amount recovered was replaced before the action was settled, and where he perfected a lien for his compensation, a judgment against the defendant for one-half of the amount called for by the lien was proper.
