Before SCHAFFER, C. J., MAXEY, DREW, LINN, STERN and PATTERSON, JJ.

Appeal, No. 262, Jan. T., 1940, from judgment of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1940, No. 14, affirming judgment of C. P. Delaware Co., Dec. T., 1937, No. 39, in case of Mildred Reid v. The Sovereign Camp of the Woodmen of the World, now Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Company. Judgment affirmed.

Assumpsit. Before FRONEFIELD, P. J., without a jury.

The facts are stated in the opinion of the Superior Court, reported in 139 Pa. Super. 492.

Finding and judgment for plaintiff. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the judgment of the court below. Appeal by defendant to Supreme Court allowed.

Errors assigned, among others, related to the action of the Superior Court in not sustaining defendant's exceptions to the findings of the court below.
