Negligence — Venue — Nonresident injured in foreign state instituted suit in Ohio.

ERROR to the Court of Appeals of Hamilton county.

It is ordered and adjudged that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the same is hereby, affirmed on authority of Loftus v. Pennsylvania Rd. Co., 107 Ohio St. 352.

Judgment affirmed.
