Application for leave to appeal from the Circuit Court for Montgomery County (MATHIAS, JOSEPH M., J.).

William Ralph, sentenced to death, instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Before HAMMOND, C.J., and MARBURY, McWILLIAMS, SINGLEY and SMITH, JJ.


Decided September 19, 1968.


Application for leave to appeal from a denial of post conviction relief is denied for the reasons set out in the opinion of Judge Joseph M. Mathias in the court below.
