Opinion

CASE NO. 1D16–3951

03-31-2017

R & S EXCAVATION, INC., Petitioner, v. Debbie EDDLEMAN, Respondent.

Steven E. Oole of Johnson & Oole, LLC, Tallahassee, for Petitioner. Tyler B. Everett of Morgan & Morgan, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

Steven E. Oole of Johnson & Oole, LLC, Tallahassee, for Petitioner.

Tyler B. Everett of Morgan & Morgan, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

PER CURIAM.

Because the petition fails to demonstrate the requisite "irreparable harm" not remediable on postjudgment appeal, the petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See F.T.M.I. Operator, LLC v. Limith , 140 So.3d 1065, 1066 (Fla. 1st DCA 2014).

B.L. THOMAS, OSTERHAUS, and BILBREY, JJ., CONCUR.
