Appeal from an order in bankruptcy of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, allowing a claimant in an arrangement under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, to amend its claim after the time provided by § 355 of that act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 755.

Affirming 55 F. Supp. 532.
