We reverse the trial court's order which dismissed the complaint of Practice Management Associates, Inc., for lack of personal jurisdiction over Jeffrey Brown.

See Armaly v. Practice Management Associates, Inc., 533 So.2d 920 (Fla. 2d DCA 1988).

Reversed and remanded with directions to reinstate the complaint.
