Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Spokane county, Witt, J., entered January 27, 1934, upon stipulated facts, reversing a decision of the department of labor and industries striking the name of the widow of a deceased workman from the pension roll. Affirmed.

This case presents the identical question which was presented and decided in Abraham v. Department of Labor and Industries, ante p. 160.
