Opinion

October 30, 1967

Order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 12, 1967, affirmed insofar as appealed from, with $10 costs and disbursements. In our opinion, service of a single summons upon an officer of a corporate defendant who is also an individual defendant is effective service on both defendants ( Boyd v. United States Mtge. Trust Co., 187 N.Y. 262 ; White Sons v. Scott, 14 A.D.2d 307). Beldock, P.J., Christ, Brennan, Hopkins and Munder, JJ., concur.
