This disposition is not appropriate for publication and may not be cited to or by the courts of this circuit except as provided by Ninth Cir. R. 36-3.

This case is ordered resubmitted as of the date of this order.

Based on the stipulation by the parties of October 4, 1999, this court hereby orders that this matter, as it relates to Filadelfia Pineda-Garcia, shall be remanded to the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Board shall terminate deportation proceedings against Filadelfia Pineda-Garcia. This order shall have no effect as to the Petitioner Concepcion Lopez-Santibanez.

REMANDED.
