       Motion by All Parties to Request Court to Stay Further Consideration Pending Settlement Negotiations has been filed and the following order entered:

"The motion is allowed. The parties are given 30 days from the date of this order to settle the case or notify the Court that it cannot be settled. By order of the Court in conference this the 5th day of March 1993."
