In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Warren, case No. 1–09–0884 (12/06/13). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Davis, 2014 IL 115595, 379 Ill.Dec. 381, 6 N.E.3d 709, to determine if a different result is warranted.
