Appellant's motion for leave to file a supplemental opening brief, filed May 19, 2022, is denied. The Attorney General is directed to serve and file on or before June 8, 2022, a brief responding to the argument raised by appellant at pages 18 through 27 of appellant's second supplemental reply brief. Appellant may serve and file a reply to that brief on or before June 15, 2022.
Absent further order of this court, the matter will be submitted on June 15, 2022. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.524(h)(1).)
