[Modification of opinion (160 Cal.App.4th 1231; ___Cal.Rptr.3d___ ), upon denial of rehearing.]

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on March 11, 2008 (160 Cal.App.4th 1231;___Cal.Rptr.3d___), upon denial of rehearing., be modified as follows, and the petition for rehearing is DENIED:

In the last sentence of the second paragraph on page six of the opinion [160 Cal. App.4th 1236, advance report, 1st full par., line 8], the words “red Jaguar that Cortez had used on her trips” are stricken and replaced with “maroon Lincoln.”

In the second sentence of the third and last paragraph on page six of the opinion [160 Cal. App.4th 1236, advance report, 2d full par., line, 3], the word “Jaguar” is stricken and replaced with “Lincoln.”

In the first full paragraph on page 49 of the opinion [160 Cal.App.4th 1241, in the unpub. portion] the word “Jaguar” is stricken and replaced with “Lincoln.”

This modification does not change the judgment.
