In a coram nobis proceeding, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 19, 1969, which denied the application without a hearing. Order affirmed. On the record before us, defendant has not established that he is entitled to a hearing ( People v. Saunders, 35 A.D.2d 591; People v. Greene, 35 A.D.2d 587). Hopkins, Acting P.J., Martuscello, Latham, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
