Judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 1, 1968, reversed, on the law and facts, and indictment dismissed. In our opinion, the evidence was insufficient to establish defendant Carol Rice's knowledgeable involvement and her guilt of the crimes charged beyond a reasonable doubt. Christ, P.J., Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur; Munder and Martuscello, JJ., dissent and vote to affirm the judgment.
