Summary Disposition.
Pursuant to MCR 7.302 (H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we vacate in part the judgment of the Court of Appeals and remand this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration of the defendant's Confrontation Clause issue in light of Melendez-Diaz v Massachusetts, _ US _; 129 S Ct 2527; 174 L Ed 2d 314 (2009). We retain jurisdiction.
