Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Pacheco, case No. 3-15-0880 (07/23/19). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Hollahan, 2020 IL 125091, on the issue of whether the trial court erred in replaying video and audio recordings in the courtroom in the presence of the parties and trial judge rather than in the jury room during deliberations, and determine if a different result is warranted.
